教师 & 工作人员 at ODU use 君主配置文件管理器 (MPM) to manage their directory information. MPM functions as a central authority to ensure consistency and accuracy on the University directory. MPM allows employees to update all their online profile information in one place, and ensures that all changes are approved and officially updated through the proper channels, thus ensuring consistency and accuracy for employee records and the university website.

  • When you submit a change request that requires approval by your supervisor and/or 人力资源, the system generates a ticket on your behalf in 服务Now where you can track the progress of your requests. You will receive an email with a link to the ticket.
  • If your request is denied, you will receive an email notification. Your 网络支援联络 can let you know the reason for the disapproval and help you to fix it. If you'd like your profile to include a professional 照片, you can upload it to MPM for approval.

  • Your 照片 should be professional and recent - this will be the image that appears on your 教师/工作人员 目录 page.

  • Your entire face should be visible in the 照片 and not obscured in any way. 请不要戴太阳镜、帽子等.
  • Photo should be in focus and of you alone with no one else in the frame. Please do not use a 照片 of multiple people with the other people cropped out.
